We had the a double room which was fantastic.

The staff was energetic, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Our room was quiet and luxurious, polite service. The pool was amazing and we had complementary drinks in the poolside bar.

We appreciated the hotel and Nusa Dua, had 5 nice days there. The staff members were very amiable and attentive. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

My recent stay at a resort near Nusa Dua beach was quite pleasant. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and indulging in water sports. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a mini bar and sleek bathroom. The staff was friendly and efficient, responding to all our requests. The complimentary breakfast had elaborate options to choose from. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa services offered at the resort.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark, as we noticed the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The towels were also not changed on time, and we had to call multiple times for it.
